• Cost: $130 per person* ($50 non-refundable deposit due at registration)

• Lodging Options:

  • Alpine Lodge: Motel style rooms with heat and AC. Each room has one double bed, two sets of bunks, and a private bath. Bedding and towels are provided. Limited first floor and handicap rooms available - please request these accommodations as early as possible.

  • RV Sites: 9 sites with full hook-ups.

• Meals: A salad bar complements the variety of hot entrées, sides, and desserts in the spacious Hanmer Dining Hall.

• Registration Deadline: October 1, 2026

*Two pricing options available:

•  Full Experience - $130 per person, includes a $50 deposit fee. Full Experience includes sessions, meals, and overnight lodging. 

• Sessions Only - $85 per person, includes a $30 deposit fee. Speaking sessions only, no meals or lodging.
