Housing facilities include the Alpine Lodge (20 rooms) and four duplex, bunkhouse cabins, providing up to 200 beds. Meals are served in the college dining room. Meeting rooms are available in a board room setting or conference seating. Gym rental may also be available.
Type: Motel-style rooms with 2 sets of bunks & 1 full bed, private bathroom facilities, air-conditioning, coffee pots, hair dryers, wireless Internet (no elevator). 2 handicap accessible rooms (2 full beds per room). Bedding and towels are provided. Guests must bring their own towels for pool use.
Capacity: Rooms accommodate up to 6 guests; handicap accessible rooms accommodate up to 4 guests
Rate: Single/Double occupancy – $40.00 / Group Rate $18.00 per guest per night
Minimum: 4–5 guests per room for retreat groups (except couples retreats)
Availability: Open year round except for Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas Eve through New Year's
Type: Bunkhouse cabins. Each cabin has two separate unit swith bunk beds and restroom facilities, and electric heat. Guests must bring bedding and towels.
Capacity: Each unit accommodates 12 – 14 guests (Total of 8 units available)

Minimum: 4 guests per unit
Availability: Open year round except for Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas Eve through New Years. Also not available during mid June through early August. Call for more information.
Type: Separate dormitories: McCarrell Hall for Men / Des Plaines Hall for Women. Dorms have common bathrooms each floor / No air-conditioning or elevators. Guests must bring bedding and towels.
Capacity: Most rooms will accommodate 2 guests / some rooms may accommodate 3 guests

Minimum: 2 guests
Availability: June, July, and the first week of August. Not available at any other time.
Type: Platform tents in wooded area. Campfire ring with wood. Restrooms /showers nearby. Guests must bring bedding and towels
Capacity: Each tent sleeps 8 – 10 persons. Total of 4 platform tents available.

Type:Gravel parking area; Full hook-ups
Capacity: 9 sites available – able to accommodate large RVs

Type: Two large meeting rooms are available with wireless Internet access, chairs, and podium provided. Piano may also be available.
Rate: $35 for 2 hours or $80 per day
Note: Meeting rooms are scheduled each day. More than one group may be using the same meeting room during the course of an evening. Groups may not be able to store items in the meeting rooms.
Type: Full–size collegiate basketball court, also used for volleyball, indoor soccer, or group games. Indoor Rock Climbing Wall with belayer (signed Release Form required for each climber).

Note: Clean non-marking shoes must be carried into the gym and worn during activities in the gym.
Type: Outdoor in ground heated pool with slide and diving board. Separate baby pool. Available June - August.
Rate:$2.50 per person per day/$35 per hour
Note: Pool reserved for camp programming during daytime hours. Typically available for rent in evenings only.
Type: Two locations with bench seating available -- low ropes fire pit accommodates up to 35 people; Hidden
Valley Chapel accommodates up to 120 persons. Alpine provides the wood and Alpine staff will build and light the fire.
Rate: $25 per fire
Type: Cafeteria serving line in either Fulmer Dining Room or Hanmer Dining Room. Entrée, hot sides, fountain drinks, salad bar, and dessert bar available.
Rate: Hot Breakfast: $6.25 per person
Lunch: $7 per person
Dinner: $7.75 per person
Minimum: Group must have at least 20 people to schedule meals.
Type: Grilled cookout at the Welker Pavillion. Meal includes entrée, sides, drink, and dessert.
Rate: Hamburger and Hot Dog Cookout: $9 per person
BBQ Chicken Cookout: $12 per person
T-Bone Steak Cookout: $16 per person
Minimum: Must have at least 15 people to schedule a cookout.
Note: A cook-out may be substituted for a cafeteria dinner on the multi-day package for an additional fee (Hamburger & Hot Dog: $1.25/person; BBQ Chicken: $4.25/person; T-Bone Steak: $8.25/person).
